North Chattanooga Home Addition

A North Chattanooga home addition from the bottom up.  We've removed the roof and added a full second story to this bungalow-style home on Barton Avenue.  While doubling their square footage, the homeowners are also taking the opportunity to have their kitchen remodeled.  And to increase efficiency, the addition will have upgraded low-e windows, icynene insulation, radiant barrier roof sheathing, and advanced framing.
