LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN REMODEL

{1920s Charm Meets 21st Century Craftsmanship}

*********************************************************************************************

Gutting, then remodeling, a few rooms in a 1920s home is risky business. That is, if you have a heart for the classic trim and woodwork accenting the hardwood floors, towering ceilings, antique windows and inviting doorways. And if you want a seamless transition from one room to the next, matching the stylized aesthetics of 100 years ago is a top priority. It was our top priority anyway.

This photogallery exhibits the finest work of Collier Construction and our subs in maintaining the integrity of an antique home while improving the functionality of space. With an expert design by Hefferlin + Kronenberg Architects, masterful woodworking by Ana Woodworks and the finest craftsmanship of Stone Source, Collier Construction was able to merge 21st Century craftsmanhip with the 1920s charm of this tudor-style home’s kitchen and master suite.

Check out the photography below. Enjoy the before and after.
