green|spaces

Collier has been chosen to build the green|spaces resource center.  Located at 63 e Main Street in Chattanooga, it will be the place for anyone interested in green and sustainable technologies to go get exposure to the products.  Many of the products will be used in the construction of green|spaces, so anyone can come and see their practical application in person.

green|spaces is a two-part initiative.  Firstly, it is incentive funding for commercial projects to be built green, certified by the LEED rating system, including high profile green features.  Secondly, it will serve as a resource center for commercial and residential projects, showcasing the best eco-friendly materials and methods. 

We don't need a sharp dividing line between urban parks and buildings.  We want to change the way we look at construction, in Chattanooga.  We want buildings that are green|spaces.
