Mr. Collier received his Tennessee general contractor license in 2001. He is also a licensed contractor in the state of Georgia. Known as Chattanooga’s green builder and first LEED AP residential builder, Collier Construction builds new custom homes for single-family residential use, commercial spaces, as well as custom additions, renovations and remodels for any home project.
