Collier has teamed up with Eric Myers to build a high performance home.
The home featureS an exterior mix of stone, Hardi plank and Hardi shake as well as Anderson 400 windows for increased durability and longevity. The home is built using advanced framing techniques, and we’ve used the ultratherm air-seal package in combination with spray foam on the roof line. Where it was possible, we used foam board sheathing for increased insulation and glued down all exterior sheathing to the walls. Check out the portfolio to see this home coming together.
